Cheesecakes

 These mini cheesecakes are simply stunning!  They are easy to eat and are about the size of a cupcake.  Cost is $3.00 each with minimum order of 12.  A wide variety of toppings can be added. Flavors are chocolate and vanilla.









I made my first cheesecake 20 years ago, and now I think I've got it!!   Orders need to be made at least a week and a half in advance.  I can't do more than 6 cheesecakes at a time.  Cheesecakes start at $60.00 and depending on the flavor/toppings may require more.  Each cheesecake serves 14-16.  I recommend pre-cutting the cakes before I add the toppings  to ensure a beautiful presentation when serving.


Flavors:

Triple Chocolate: The perfect cheesecake for the chocolate lover!  Chocolate crust, two kinds of chocolate in the cake and topped with chocolate (optional).  For an added price I can top it with chocolate dipped strawberries.



New Yorker: This cheesecake is rich and dense.  It is my largest cheesecake. You can choose a graham or shortbread crust.  If you want seasonal fruit add $15.00 to price.





Turtle: This cheesecake has chocolate crust, chocolate swirled cheesecake and is topped with caramel, mini chocolate chips, pecans and chocolate sauce.


Fruit swirled cheesecakes have fruit puree baked right in them!
