Beth also known as "Bethy Krocker"grew up helping her grandmother cook. She loved the way food could bring her entire family together. She realized her talent in 6th grade home economics class when her cookies turned out better than anyone else! She loves to make sweets that not only look beautiful but taste wonderful too! She experiments with ingredients and writes original recipes. Her beautiful food has been featured in several national companies advertising campaigns and catalogs. She has won many awards for her candy over the years and has also been a guest on local television shows. She has demonstrated recipe techniques at several conventions. She loves to share her passion of cooking with others and has a background in public speaking, singing and drama.
She married her true love, Kirk, in 1996 and is mother to 6 amazing children. In her free time she loves to play tennis, sing, write, bike, scrapbook, garden, decorate, research her family history and watch sappy old movies and musicals.
She dreams of opening her own bakery some day.
